Welcome to GPUhub! These Terms of Service (“Agreement”) govern your access to and use of the services provided by GPUhub, a Singapore-based company. By visiting, accessing, or using GPUhub, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. Please read it carefully.
Definitions
- Account Information: Information you provide for account setup and administration, including contact details, usernames, email addresses, and billing information.
- Services: Cloud and web-based services or computing resources provided by GPUhub, accessed through authorized accounts using login credentials.
- Customer Content: Applications, software, files, data, and other content related to your use of the Services, excluding Account Information.
Provision of Services
Subject to this Agreement, GPUhub will use reasonable efforts to provide the Services available from time to time. GPUhub may update, change, discontinue, or deprecate the Services or modify their features and functionality. Any adverse impacts on functionality will be communicated via the email associated with your account.Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy and collect personal information only as needed to provide requested services and improve GPUhub. By using GPUhub, you agree to the collection and use of information as outlined in this Agreement.Information You Provide
- Registration information must be truthful and accurate.
- We may ask for details like your username, real name, birthdate, address, phone number, and email address.
- Messages sent through GPUhub and user content may be retained.
- This information is used to operate and maintain GPUhub.
- Your username and optionally disclosed real name may be publicly visible in forums.
- We will not sell, trade, rent, or disclose this information to third parties, except for site security, law enforcement, or fulfilling specific requests.

- Browser and operating system type.

- This information is used in aggregate form to maintain and improve GPUhub.

- This Agreement applies only to information collected through GPUhub.

- You can update your account information and email preferences at any time by contacting us or changing your profile settings.
- You may opt out of promotional emails but cannot opt out of service-related communications.
- We retain the right to keep your information as long as needed.
- After account termination, we may keep your private profile information for backup, archival, or audit purposes.
Security
- We take reasonable efforts to protect the security of your personal information.
- No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
- You are responsible for maintaining the secrecy of your password and account information.
Cookies
- Cookies are small data files that may include an anonymous unique identifier.
- We may use cookies to collect information and customize your experience.
- You can instruct your browser to refuse cookies, but some features may not function properly.
Google Analytics
- We use Google Analytics to collect information about site usage.

Acceptable Use and User Responsibilities
By using the Services, you agree not to:- Resell or sublicense the Services or access credentials.
- Modify, alter, or create derivative works of any software included in the Services.
- Reverse engineer, disassemble, or decompile the Services.
- Use the Services in a manner that violates law, infringes rights, or attempts unauthorized access.
- Spam, distribute malware, or harm the use of the Services.
- Work around technical limitations or use the Services in applications where failure could lead to serious injury.
Age Restrictions
Users under the age of 18 must have parental or guardian permission and supervision to use GPUhub.Confidential Information
Both parties agree to protect the secrecy of each other’s confidential information and avoid unauthorized use or disclosure. This obligation does not apply to information that is publicly available, already known, rightfully disclosed by a third party, or independently developed.Payment
- Our pricing is based on the instances you choose to rent, with changes reflected before starting a machine.
- You will be billed immediately upon starting an instance and charged for a full hour.
- Paused and resumed instances are treated as new and charged hourly.
- You authorize us to charge your payment method for fees incurred.
- You are responsible for all fees, including taxes, associated with using GPUhub.
- We reserve the right to correct pricing errors even after payment has been requested or received.
- All payments are in US Dollars.
Refund Policy
All sales are final, and no refunds will be issued.Cancellation and Termination
- It is your responsibility to cancel your GPUhub account by emailing us.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without cause or notice.
- Provisions related to disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability will survive termination.
- Free credits provided for trying the system cannot be converted to real money and are for deep learning purposes only, not for cryptocurrency mining or blockchain.
- Instances should be used for deep learning only. Accounts found violating this Agreement may be terminated.
Intellectual Property
- You retain all rights to Customer Content created using the Services.
- GPUhub owns all rights to the Services and related software, including improvements and derivative works.
- Your use of the Services is limited to the rights expressly granted in this Agreement.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GPUhub, its affiliates, licensors, and their respective employees, agents, officers, directors, and representatives from all liabilities, damages, losses, and costs arising from third-party claims related to Customer Content, your use of the Services in violation of this Agreement or law, or the combination of Customer Content with third-party software, applications, content, or processes.Disclaimers, Warranties, and Limitation of Liability
- GPUhub makes no guarantees regarding site availability due to technical issues beyond our control.
- We are not liable for any loss or damage, including indirect or consequential damages.
- The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
- We disclaim all warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
- We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of GPUhub or the Services.
Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
- This Agreement is governed by the laws of Singapore without regard to conflict of laws principles.
- Any disputes arising from this Agreement will be resolved through arbitration in Singapore, conducted in English and in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act of Singapore.
Communications with GPUhub
- By using GPUhub, you consent to receive communications from us electronically.
- We will communicate with you via email or by posting notices on GPUhub.

Miscellaneous
- The relationship between the parties is that of independent contractors.
- This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes any prior agreements.
- Neither party will be liable for failures due to force majeure events beyond their reasonable control.
- If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Changes to this Agreement
- We reserve the right to update or change this Agreement at any time.
- Continued use of GPUhub after modifications are posted constitutes your acknowledgment and consent to the changes.
- Material changes will be notified via email or a prominent notice on our website.
